Message	ofcourse that excludes 98, 95..unless you have a 3rd party app. also shut down any applications that MAY do a disk read and cause the defrag to start over. its better to have as many applications shut down during the defrag. ctrl-alt-del/task manager for w2k. end process as much as you can ...and end tasks on 98/95
